The 505

I have yet to move in ?. But let me start off by saying I love it here ? the staff are always super helpful!  At one point I came In every other day trying to get a feel for my new apartment and they were more than welcoming EACH time. So far so great ❤️

Best apartments hands down, the service and cleanliness of the apartments is definitely one of many things I love about the apartments. And April and the office staff have been nothing shirt of amazing! Can't express how comfortable they've made living here

The 505 is an amazing place to live if you’re a college student. I wouldn’t recommend bringing a family here if you don’t want them around that kind of environment. As for the workers; Nick is the best one! I give him 6 stars?. I do wish there was a hot tub or a tanning bed though.

Pros
The apartments themselves are beautiful and luxurious. Front desk staff are wonderful and they try their best to be helpful in almost every circumstance. They are cheerful and pleasant to interact with. It's also fairly quiet and peaceful here.

Lots of great amenities. Maintenance is sometimes slow and unhelpful. Parking garage can be a pain at night due to the small spaces and large concrete beams but it beats parking on the street. Rooms are nice but pretty small and the bathroom has no storage space or bathtub. Study lounges are wonderful and they have lots of resident events. Good option for college students.
