Homes for Students Cancellation Policy – Summary This policy explains how you can cancel your student housing booking with Homes for Students and its associated brands (Prestige Student Living, Urban Student Life, Universal Student Living, etc.). Note: if your university has its own cancellation rules, those will take priority.Tenancy AgreementYour housing agreement is a legally binding contract for a fixed period, meaning you're responsible for the full rent. Homes for Students acts as the landlord’s agent. Cancellation terms depend on when and why you're cancelling, and whether a replacement tenant is found. BookingIf Homes for Students cannot offer you a room, they’ll notify you within 2 working days. No payment will be due.Once they offer a room, you have:<ul><li dir="ltr">3 calendar days to accept and pay the deposit during normal booking periods.</li><li dir="ltr">1 calendar day during the peak clearing period (August and September).</li></ul>Once you accept and pay the deposit, the booking is confirmed and you're in a legally binding contract.If you miss the deadline, the offer expires. While it may be reissued, the same room, price, or promotion is not guaranteed. The student housing is a seven-minute drive from the <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/reading/university-of-reading" style="">University of Reading</a> and a three-minute walk from the <a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/reading/university-college-of-estate-management" style="">University College of Estate Management</a>. London Street Foot bus station is a three-minute walk from the property and Oracle Riverside bus station is a five-minute walk. Reading West train station is a 13-minute walk from the building.&nbsp;

I live here for a quite while and i really like it, i even suggested it to two of my friends. New Century Place is a nice place for a university student to live in since is close to town, bus stops, and the rooms are really comfortable. My suggestion is to book here as soon as you can because the best rooms with the best views sell out very fast!!!!

Very nice place! The location is near town centre, it's very convenient. It have complete facilities and enthusiastic team. I have a great life here although it have a epidemic. The staff help me a lot when I met problems that make me feel warm.

Excellent value for money. Clean. Wonderful location. Everything is so convenient. I particularly appreciate the extra steps the team took to ensure our well-being during the pandemic. Kudos to Ryan, Rachel, and Lisa.

I have lived in New century place since September and love it here! It's incredibly convenient being a minute walk from town and the accommodation is perfect. The facilities are excellent with a residents lounge, fitness centre, study rooms, and Reception/ concierge area. I have to say as well as the immaculate accommodation the staff are excellent. Ryan, Rachel, and Lisa make you feel very welcome, and I can not thank them enough. Living here does not disappoint. Thank you :)
