How can I pay the initial charges?
The admission fee can be paid by card. All other initial payments, including the first rent payment and the deposit, must be paid via bank transfer.
When must the booking and initial payments be completed?
The booking must be concluded, and the admission fee must be paid within 5 days. The deposit must be transferred at least 14 days before the start of the rental period.
How are monthly rent payments collected?
Monthly rent payments are collected via SEPA direct debit.
When are monthly rent payments collected?
Monthly rent payments are collected on the 1st of each month from a European bank account via SEPA direct debit.
Cancellation Policy
When and how can I cancel my tenancy agreement?
You cannot cancel your tenancy agreement during the first 12 months of your contract. After this initial period, you can end your tenancy by giving one month's notice to the end of a calendar month.
To cancel, you must submit an original signed termination letter either via the property's contact form or by post to the address provided by the accommodation provider. Telephone cancellations or unsigned termination requests are not legally valid.
