  1. How can the rental agreement be terminated?
    Either the tenant or the Company can terminate the agreement by giving the notice period
    stated in the lease, usually 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  2. When can the Company terminate the agreement early?
    The Company may terminate the agreement if the tenant breaches the terms, including non-payment of rent, property damage, or violation of local laws.

  3. What must the tenant do when the agreement ends?
    The tenant must vacate the property, return all keys and equipment, and leave the property in good condition.

  4. Can the Company cancel a booking?
    Yes. The Company may cancel any booking at its discretion.

  5. On what basis can a booking be cancelled?
    If, during the verification process, there are discrepancies or inconsistencies in the booking details or supporting documents.
