Is there an administration fee?
Yes. A one-time administration fee is required when booking and is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
What must be paid when booking a room?
At booking, the tenant must pay:
Administration fee
1 month’s rent in advance
Security deposit equal to 1 month’s rent (max capped at 1 month)
What is included in the rent?
Rent includes taxes, internet, and utilities (water, electricity, heating).
When is the booking final?
The booking becomes final once the first rent payment and deposit are received. After this, a signed tenancy, room allocation, and details are issued.
What payment methods are accepted?
Standard online payment methods are accepted.
What happens if a payment is reversed?
The tenant must still pay all outstanding rent and any related costs (e.g., chargeback fees) within 10 days after receipt of the service.
What are the tenant’s key financial responsibilities?
Non-refundable administration fee

Cancellation Policy
Can a tenant cancel and receive a refund before the booking starts?
Yes, a tenant may receive a refund if the cancellation is made at least 3 months before the booking start date.
The administrative fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Can the tenancy agreement be terminated early after this period?
No, in all other cases, the tenancy agreement remains valid for the full agreed term, and early termination is not permitted.
Are there any exceptions allowing early termination?
Yes, early termination may only be considered in extraordinary situations.
Any such request requires an individual decision and explicit consent from the accommodation provider.
What happens if the tenant breaches the tenancy agreement?
If the tenancy agreement is terminated due to the tenant’s breach of the agreement, the tenant shall pay a contractual penalty of up to 2 months’ rent.
