2-room Flat in Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Sublet

Looking for a temporary place to live? You’ve come to the right place! I’m subletting my 2-room apartment (60 m²) in Echterdingen. The rental period is somewhat flexible, but I’m looking for a minimum of 6–9 months starting in May or June. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need. It’s located in a quiet residential area, about a 18-minute walk to the S-Bahn and 25 minutes to the U-Bahn. The rent is expected to be €1,100 per month, including electricity, internet, and utilities. The deposit for the apartment and furniture is €2,500. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (coin-operated). A TV and all kitchen appliances are also included. The apartment is available for sublet to one to two persons only. Viewings can be arranged by appointment.
