Payment Terms

To initiate an early termination request, tenants must submit a written notice via email.What is the pre-move-in cancellation policy? If you cancel your booking before your move-in date, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs associated with securing a replacement tenant, including marketing and administrative expenses.Is the cancellation fee negotiable? No, all applicable cancellation fees are fixed and non-negotiable.Can exceptions be made for special circumstances?
