Apartment CityPulse

The apartment “CityPulse” is located at Chemnitzer Straße 117 in the Plauen/Südvorstadt-West district of Dresden and offers approximately 48 m² of living space for up to four people. Important to know: the apartment is ideally suited for two people, but thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, it can also accommodate up to three guests. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of an apartment building. Access is via the staircase or conveniently by elevator – however, please note that a few steps still have to be managed, so the apartment is not wheelchair accessible. Amenities: The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed if required. The living room features a sofa bed, a dining table, a TV, and access to the balcony, which faces the street. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator including freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and stove – allowing you to cater for yourself comfortably. The bathroom includes a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. WiFi and heating are, of course, available. The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Parking is available on the street in front of the building and in the surrounding streets. In addition, there is a parking space in the underground garage (maximum vehicle height 1.50 m and maximum weight 2 t due to a double parking system). Location & surroundings: Chemnitzer Straße is well connected in terms of traffic and infrastructure within the Dresden district of Plauen. Supermarkets and small shops are within walking distance. Public transport is easily accessible nearby, with bus and tram connections providing quick access to the city center. Dresden’s main train station can be reached within a short ride, as can the motorway connections to the A4, A17, and B173, ensuring convenient access both to the city center and to the highways.
