    Through a third-party payment processor. The Guarantee Deposit is paid directly to the Host.

    Yes, there are payment processing fees (shown at checkout) and platform service fee

  4. Does the platform handle money?
    No.

  5. Who processes payments?
    A third-party payment processor under Host authorization.

  6. Who is responsible for payments?
    The Host is responsible for instructions, unpaid amounts, and enforcement. The processor is not liable for Guest defaults.

  7. Who issues invoices?
    The Host.

  8. Can prices vary?
    Yes, depending on payment method.

  9. When is final price shown?
    Before confirmation.

  10. What is a Bid?
    An optional additional amount.

  11. What happens if accepted?
    It becomes binding and increases both payment and Guarantee Deposit proportionally.

  12. When are they charged?
    At booking.

  13. What happens if payment is late or partial?

  • Late fees may apply

  • $90 fee per due date for partial payment

  • Full payment still required

  • No reduction of obligations

  1. What happens during disputes?
    Refunds and balances are suspended.

    Only facilitates bookings; it does not handle funds or resolve disputes.

Can I get a refund after paying for my reservation?

No. Once a reservation is paid, it is non-refundable, even if you cancel or fail to complete the application within 72 hours.

When does a reservation become refundable?

Only if the Host explicitly rejects either:

  • The reservation, or
  • The guest’s application.

What happens if the Host cancels my booking?

All amounts paid through the Platform, including optional services, are fully refunded.

Are third-party payment fees refundable?

No. Fees such as card processing, currency conversion, bank transfer, or similar charges are non-refundable because they are paid to external service providers.

Can I transfer my reservation to someone else or another property?

No. Reservations are strictly personal and cannot be transferred or reassigned under any circumstances.

What if I don’t use my reservation?

If you do not use the reserved property, the reservation is forfeited.

How long can I use the property after check-in?

You may use the property only after host acceptance and check-in, for up to 14 nights.

What happens if I don’t have a visa or submit incorrect documents?

The reservation may be cancelled. If a refund is issued, 5% will be deducted as an administrative fee.
