The bathroom with its bathtub invites you to relax after a busy day. An additional storage room serves as a dressing room and is equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is located in a spacious residential complex and guarantees a quiet night without street noise. It is on the mezzanine floor and can therefore be reached via a few steps. A parking space belongs to the apartment, which is only a few meters away from the house entrance and is already included in the rent. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not permitted. The listed residential buildings, originally built as barracks, were completely renovated in 2008/2009 and brought up to the standard of today's and future living requirements. In keeping with the excellent inner-city location and the park-like green areas with mature trees, the residential complex is characterized by a high level of living comfort.
