When is rent due?Rent is payable monthly in advance and must be received no later than the first working day of each rental month.For partial rental months, rent is charged pro rata, unless otherwise stated. Once a binding booking has been completed, early termination is not permitted.</section> Are there any exceptions that allow early termination?<section data-testid="conversation-turn-32" data-turn="assistant" data-turn-id="request-69ca600f-9618-8330-99a8-43844b98457e-0" data-turn-id-container="request-69ca600f-9618-8330-99a8-43844b98457e-0" dir="auto">Yes.
