The kitchen with balcony is fully equipped including a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and a large seating area. A hallway with a shoe cabinet, the bathroom with a bathtub and rain shower and lots of stylish design elements complete the happiness :-) Of course, bed linen and towels are also included. The apartment is located in 01127 Dresden on the 1st floor of a renovated old building in a quiet location. Everyday things are within walking distance. The nearest train station is 300 meters away: You will reach Neustadt train station in 5 minutes and only 13 minutes to the main train station. You only need 25 minutes to get to the HTW-University (door-to-door) and just a little more to the Dresden University of Technology. In addition, several tram lines can be reached. The highway is 5 minutes away. Infineon, Bosch Semiconductor, Globalfoundries and the Techno-Park can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car and in about 30 minutes by public transport.
