In Refrath, all stores for daily needs such as supermarkets, hairdressers, bakeries, butchers, schools, kindergartens and various restaurants are within walking distance. The A4 highway is just a few minutes away by car. The cities of Cologne, Leverkusen and Düsseldorf are therefore easy to reach. Despite its proximity to the city, the house is located in a green suburb of Cologne with a wonderful garden to relax in. The 40m² living and dining area with direct access to the garden is the focal point of the house. Thanks to the perfect south-facing orientation and many windows, this room is always flooded with light. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor.
