The apartment is perfect for a longer stay or for working from home. It can be rented by the week or month for business trips, business stays, as a longer holiday apartment or as a normal furnished apartment. It was completely new and furnished to a high standard in April 2022 and was equipped with a new washing machine and a new television in 2023. Thanks to the central location, you can reach all shops and means of transport in just a few minutes. The apartment offers everything you need for daily (professional) life. Everything is available, from a hairdryer, iron with ironing board, a dryer in the basement compartment and sufficient (change of) bed linen to a toaster and coffee machine. You can freely use all devices in the apartment. In the immediate vicinity you have quick and easy access to all important shops for your daily needs, public transport and Schwerin's sights. There is also a protected space in the inner courtyard for your bike. You have free use of the entire apartment. You enter the apartment via the hallway. You will receive your own key to the apartment.
