Welcome to our charming apartment in a 1930s industrialist villa The space Welcome to our unique apartment in a historic industrialist villa from the 1930s in Villingen-Schwenningen. This picturesque building offers a perfect blend of romantic charm and modern comfort. The apartment boasts a great view of the garden, original preserved entrance area, and mullioned windows that flood the space with natural light. The spacious living area is tastefully furnished and invites relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen is available for cozy dinners. Each of the two bedrooms features a comfortable, cozy bed measuring 1.80 meters wide for a peaceful and restful sleep. Personal belongings can be stored in the two wardrobes. In total, we can accommodate up to 4 guests. The daylight bathroom is modern and equipped with a walk-in shower, complimentary shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. A patio overlooking the spacious garden surrounding the villa is perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitifs. Guest access: Our guests have a separate entrance to the apartment.
