A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the reservation, a refundable key deposit must be paid prior to moving in, and rent must be paid according to the agreed schedule (e.g., every 28 days or monthly).


What are the consequences of missing a rent payment deadline?

Late fees may be applied to the account, and continued non-payment can lead to the absolute termination of the lease agreement.

What happens if a reservation is cancelled 60 days or more before the arrival date?

The tenant is released from all contract obligations, and all prepaid rent and deposits are refunded within 7 days.


What are the requirements and penalties if a cancellation occurs less than 60 days before arrival?

The tenant must find a suitable replacement occupant. If a replacement is found, prepaid rent is refunded in full; if no replacement is found, the tenant remains liable for an amount equal to 60 days of rent.


How does a visa rejection impact the cancellation policy?

If official proof of visa rejection is submitted at least 60 days prior to the move-in date, the tenant is released from the agreement and rent is refunded within 7 days, but the security deposit is forfeited.
