Fantastic flat close to Darmstadt, Frankfurt and Mainz

A tidy 3-room apartment with all amenities is available on the outskirts of the city center. The modern bathroom has a shower and bathtub and houses the washing machine. The living room is the largest room and opens with a dining table and seating, before the large couch invites you to relax. It can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area. The adjoining balcony, also with a table and seating, completes the common area. Both tables can, of course, be used as workspaces for several people. The two bedrooms each have a large wardrobe with a mirror, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Bed linen and towels are included. The kitchen has everything you'd expect from home – it is fully equipped and also has a table with seating, which can also be used for work. The apartment is on the second floor on the south side of the building and is therefore always flooded with light. Tall trees provide a pleasant climate and a beautiful view. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. The WE3 takes you to Weiterstadt's indoor swimming pool and Edeka supermarket in just a few minutes, or, on the other side, directly to Darmstadt's main train station. The Edeka supermarket and indoor swimming pool are also less than 10 minutes away on foot. Also within a 10-minute walk is the nationally renowned farmer Lipp with its farm shop and beer garden. Throughout the year, you'll find exhibitions, regional products, and seasonal highlights here, such as pumpkin carving, pick-your-own strawberry fields, cornmaze and asparagus stands with automatic peelers. Weiterstadt's train station is exactly 1 km away. From here, you can also quickly reach Darmstadt, as well as directly to Wiesbaden, Mainz, and even Aschaffenburg. The Autobahn A5 and the A67 are just a few minutes away and parking is free on the street around the house. Driving to Darmstadt takes only around 10 minutes, to Frankfurt just a bit over 20 minutes, same to the airport and Heidelberg is only a 45 minutes trip by car.
