When is rent due?Rent is payable monthly in advance and must be received no later than the first working day of each rental month.For partial rental months, rent is charged pro rata, unless otherwise stated. When is the security deposit due?The security deposit must be paid directly to the landlord before moving into the apartment. Does the Wunderflats Service Fee apply to all bookings?No. The Helfende Wände refugee housing platform is free of charge, and the Wunderflats Service Fee does not apply.
