Haus Sonnenwind - Living close to the city in nature

Our cozy Haus Sonnenwind is located in the north of Michendorf in the immediate vicinity of forests and lakes and is still only about 15 minutes (by car) from Potsdam city center. The great connection to public transport and the highway, as well as the proximity to nature, make this house perfect for couples or families who want to combine work and leisure, urban proximity and nature. The 125m² living space is spread over two floors with 2 bedrooms with space for a total of up to 5 people. On the lower floor there is the master bedroom with a 180x200cm king-size double bed, which is always flooded with light through two windows on the sunny side. Right next to the bedroom there is a room set up as a walk-in closet, which meant we were able to do without bulky, space-consuming closets in the other rooms when furnishing the house. Here you will find enough storage space for all residents. The master bathroom with a large and comfortable bathtub is also located on the lower floor, as well as a utility room with a washing machine and much more. On the upper floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The bedroom for up to 3 people can also be found on the upper floor. This is equipped with two bunk beds, which is why it is ideal as a children's room. The couch placed under the loft bed can be folded out and prepared for another person. Next to the bedroom is the second bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet, so that each bedroom can use its own bathroom. The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a cozy living area, as well as many technical systems, such as a modern TV and sound system. The spacious dining room is best suited for spending time together while eating. From here you also have access to the beautiful sun terrace with lovingly landscaped beds. The property also impresses with a large, sunny garden and parking space for up to 2 cars.
