The flat is located in a dead-end street and has direct access to the forest area with many hiking and cycling trails. The "PUR" leads almost directly past the house. You can start the walk to the "St. Ingberter Stiefel", the landmark of the town St. Ingbert, directly at the house. Are you travelling on business? SAP, CISPA, Uni SB, Festo, Voit etc. are in the immediate vicinity. The flat has about 70 sqm of living space and was completely renovated in 2023. It has a terrace and a parking space. Besides a large living/dining area, you will find a bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC and a kitchen.
