When is the security deposit due?The security deposit must be paid directly to the landlord before moving into the apartment. Does the Wunderflats Service Fee apply to all bookings?No. The Helfende Wände refugee housing platform is free of charge, and the Wunderflats Service Fee does not apply.

Payment Terms

Once a binding booking has been completed, early termination is not permitted.</section> Are there any exceptions that allow early termination?<section data-testid="conversation-turn-32" data-turn="assistant" data-turn-id="request-69ca600f-9618-8330-99a8-43844b98457e-0" data-turn-id-container="request-69ca600f-9618-8330-99a8-43844b98457e-0" dir="auto">Yes.
