Selected, healthy and Mediterranean building materials, original Spanish cotto floors with underfloor heating, wooden beamed ceilings, visible brickwork and selected decoration decorate the rooms. Each studio apartment with combined living and sleeping area, has a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, spices, coffee pad machine, refrigerator, dining and living area, desk, antique marble bathroom with walk-in rainforest shower at ground level, hair dryer, high-quality box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m), bed linen, towels, barbecue possibility in the garden, high-speed internet, smart TV, 43-inch flat screen, DVD player with Dolby Surround, iron, ironing board, free parking directly at the house, lockable and roofed bicycle storage.
