Tenants will have 2 full bathrooms available for sharing, a spacious living room with flat screen TV, sofas, and a wide balcony west of the building's entire width. The apartment also has a kitchen and pantry for all occupants, as well as a long hallway facing east and again the whole length of the building with space for hanging laundry to dry. It also contains refrigerators, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine. The price of double rooms is 250 per person with all bills included or 350 which is the price of a single room if someone wishes to rent the whole space on their own. Bed sheets are also given, as are towels.
