Is the booking fee refunded if the host cancels the reservation?&nbsp;Yes, the booking fee is refundable if the host is the party responsible for the cancellation. Can the 25% deposit be recovered?&nbsp;The 25% deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation notice is provided at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date. What happens to the deposit if the host cancels?&nbsp;In the event of a host cancellation, both the booking fee and the 25% deposit are returned to the student.
