Program confirmation, host family information, and other placement details will be provided after the required payments have been received.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days before your scheduled arrival date.
What happens if I miss a payment deadline?
Failure to make payments according to the invoice terms may result in the cancellation of your application and additional cancellation fees may apply.

Yes. A $200 cancellation fee applies to all approved refunds.

Yes. If your visa application is refused by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, you may receive a partial refund of the placement fee ($250) and a full refund of the homestay fees. You must provide an official visa refusal letter when requesting a refund.

You will receive a refund of eligible fees, minus the non-refundable service fees, including placement and custodian fees.

You will receive a refund minus two months of accommodation fees and any non-refundable service fees.

You will receive a refund minus three months of accommodation fees and any non-refundable service fees.

All fees become non-refundable if you cancel between 0 and 6 days before your arrival date.
