Yes. A one-time administration fee is required at booking and is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.

The tenant must pay:
1 month’s rent in advance
A deposit equal to 1 month’s rent (max capped at 1 month’s rent)
What does rent include?
Rent includes utilities (water, electricity, heating), taxes, and internet.
When is the lease issued?
After the first payment and deposit are received. It initially includes a temporary room number.
Can the room assignment change?
Yes, final room allocation may change until the day of arrival.
What payment methods are accepted?
Standard online payment methods via the platform are accepted.
What happens in case of a chargeback or a reversed payment?
The tenant must pay any outstanding rent and related costs within 10 days after receipt of the service.
Cancellation Policy

What happens if the tenant breaches the tenancy agreement?
If the tenancy agreement is terminated due to the tenant’s breach of the agreement, the tenant shall pay a contractual penalty of up to 2 months’ rent.
