If you did want to terminate your contract, you’d have to find someone who is new to our system, willing to sign at the same rate or higher, and sign and qualify on their own. As unless you go through the process of Mutual Termination, you will remain financially responsible for the terms of the housing agreement.

I am so glad that me and my roommate decided to live here! The people who work in the office are always super nice and willing to help out with literally anything. I feel safe living here, and the UH community is top notch! Audrey at the front desk is super helpful!

Great safe apartment for your college kiddo. My junior lives here as does my freshman   Wifi and all utilities paid. With furniture and washer dryer.  Cheaper than the dorms and sororitys and My girls  are safe  and happy!! frankly it’s more resort than apartment complex. HAVE YOU SEEN THE POOL ?

The University House staff is always so helpful and nice! Riley at the front desk is so helpful whenever I have questions or need help with something!

Hot diggity dog I’m glad to have found this place. I’m very thankful for the help of Riley at the front when I was searching for a place to live. Would recommend this place for sure!

I have loved living here the past few months! All the amenities, the great parking and how nice the people are really make this place feel like home. Riley at the front desk has always been so helpful any time I have questions or need to go grab a package. Love it here!
