I have spent 2 years in two different apartments at the Lodge and both were great! I lived in a 4-bedroom and a 2-bedroom unit. The quad was a bit smaller per person, but it was still enough room for everyone. The 2-bedroom is really spacious and both rooms have nicely sized closets and bathrooms. The 2-bed also has more storage space in general which I really liked. I loved the style of the furniture at the Lodge, especially the shelving above the bed. Any issues in the apartment were fixed within 48 hours of putting in a request and the maintenance team is so nice (shoutout to Steve!). Management is really nice, as well! In my two years living here I have never once gone over the electricity allowance given to each apartment. The amenities really make it worth the higher price of living here. They have an amazing pool and tons of study space in the clubhouse. The fitness center is well kept and has new equipment. Like any apartment, really, the walls are thin, but it was never really an issue for me. Other than that, I don't have anything negative to say about the Lodge. I would stay here again if I could

Hands down the best place you could ever stay at as RIT student. It is very close to campus and the house was super clean and new when I moved in. The gym is well-equipped and the office amenities are the COOLEST! Also, the maintenance people (my man Steve), and front office are so pleasant and outgoing. They are willing to go out of their way to accommodate you. Shout out to Martin for always being helpful, resolving all my problems and paying very good attention to tenants. I wish I had signed with them during my freshman year rather than wasting money on other trashy complex apartments. Highly recommended!!

Edit: manager reached out to me and was able to work with me on some of the fees which is much appreciated! I had a sublease here in a 4b4b unit for just the summer of 2020. It was just me in the apartment since all other roommates had moved out. The utilities allowance of $40/month per person only covers residents **who currently live there**. I found this out when I was hit with a $100 charge (management had not updated the email associated with the utilities account so I was unaware until the end of my lease). I am very conservative with my electricity and hot water usage, so be aware of surprise charges like this when moving out. Management at the Lodge and at the utilities company were unable and unwiling to work with me on these charges.

The Lodge is literally the best place I've lived. Heather and Danielle were always great to work with and fixed any and all problems I had while living there. They made my time enjoyable, and with school and everything it was nice to not have to worry about where I was living. The events they had were always fun, and I met some great people. Highly Recommend
