Is the $200 minimum payment threshold mandatory?&nbsp;No, there is flexibility regarding this limit depending on the specific circumstances of the account. How are low monthly earnings handled?&nbsp;If monthly totals are low, the balance can be carried forward to the next month or paid out on a quarterly schedule.

Payment Terms

What happens to the booking fee if a student cancels?&nbsp;The booking fee is strictly non-refundable when the cancellation is initiated by the student. Is the booking fee refunded if the host cancels the reservation?&nbsp;Yes, the booking fee is refundable if the host is the party responsible for the cancellation. Can the 25% deposit be recovered?&nbsp;The 25% deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation notice is provided at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date. What happens to the deposit if the host cancels?&nbsp;In the event of a host cancellation, both the booking fee and the 25% deposit are returned to the student.
