At what balance is a partner payment triggered? 

Payments are typically processed once an account reaches a minimum balance of $200.

Is the $200 minimum payment threshold mandatory? 

No, there is flexibility regarding this limit depending on the specific circumstances of the account.

How are low monthly earnings handled? 

If monthly totals are low, the balance can be carried forward to the next month or paid out on a quarterly schedule.

What happens to the booking fee if a student cancels? 

The booking fee is strictly non-refundable when the cancellation is initiated by the student.

Is the booking fee refunded if the host cancels the reservation? 

Yes, the booking fee is refundable if the host is the party responsible for the cancellation.

Can the 25% deposit be recovered? 

The 25% deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation notice is provided at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date.

What happens to the deposit if the host cancels? 

In the event of a host cancellation, both the booking fee and the 25% deposit are returned to the student.
