The apartment is located on the second floor of an old town building, a few steps from the architecture faculty, the Academy of Fine Arts, IED, FIDI, Riaci Accademy, Ponte Vecchio, Santa Maria del Fiore basilica and 300 meters from Santa Croce basilica. There is a completely fitted kitchen with everything you need to eat and cook, a big double bedroom, a beautiful living room with couch and television, a toilet with a bidet and a tub. The living room has a spacious double sofa bed, which can become independent from the kitchen as a large second bedroom.
