Spacious and spacious bedroom in a beautiful shared apartment situated on the 6th floor with a lift. The space is comprised of a double bed, a bedside table, a bathroom, a desk and a chair. Perfect if you want to spend a nice stay in Florence, in a freshly renovated flat. The room is located in an apartment which consists of 3 other rooms, one bathroom, a fully fitted kitchen and a small balcony. the price includes the fees for the condominium, heating and internet. Luminous and spacious flat, beautifully furnished, consisting of 4 double bedrooms, one-bedroom, large bathroom with toilet, completely fitted kitchen and balcony. The name comes from the name of San Giacomo, which is typical Florentine trasnformation. He was dedicated to the church of san jacopo in polverosa, renamed san jacopino to avoid confusions with other town center churches. The church was located in the middle of the sqaure but was demolished after world war ii. thanks to buses, it is well connected to the city center and all the universities of florence. The middle of town can also be reached within 15 minutes walk. The square features a basic local feel, with a few grocery stores and some homegrown and inexpensive restaurants. The buildings were built during the fascism of the thirties, when the area was developed. There are only two exceptions: the first is a new building dated from 1976, distinguished by zhere assymetric types we can find a few apartments in a bank today. The second one is new and is the dellapiccola square in front of a student house (2005), a meeting place for summer festivals with local markets and other outdoor activities today.
