New beautiful room in an apartment composed of 5 single use double rooms.
Each room will be furnished with a double bed, double wardrobe, desk and chair, bedside table.
The bills amount to âĤ¬60/month for water, gas, electricity, telephone, heating and one hour and a half of community areas cleaning.
Extras: registration of the rental contract: there is a charge for signing the rental contract and making it legal in italy and you are fully protected for some reason whatsoever.
the expense is shared between us and the occupant. Approximately âĤ¬65.50 daily for stays up to six months.
Apartment washing: a cleaning lady arrives to sweep all open areas once a week (kitchen, toilets, hallway, deck, if there is one). The cost of dividing between each apartment resident is âĤ¬10/hour whether it takes longer than an hour and a half because of losses or if the apartment is very filthy.

On booking: that is the deposit for one month. This will be refunded at departure (the last bills calculated to detract)

Bright and spacious apartment, carefully furnished, composed of 5 double bedrooms, one-bedroom, full bathroom with bathtub, 2 additional bathrooms with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful 100sqm terrace. The area is very pleasant and clean, close to a lovely square full of trees and distinguished by numerous architectural buildings that give it a nice atmosphere.
