No payment is required at the application stage. A consultant may follow up. What payments are accepted? Cards, bank transfers, and some digital wallets. Cash and offline payments are not accepted. The contract is legally binding, whether paper or electronic. What happens if I cancel after the cooling-off period? No refund. You may need to pay full rent or find a replacement tenant.
