No. Terms are set by the accommodation provider and local law. What governs the contract? The rental contract, provider notices, and local law. What is the legal effect? The contract is legally binding, whether paper or electronic. What happens if I cancel after the cooling-off period? No refund. You may need to pay full rent or find a replacement tenant.
