Can I pay one time?

Are CITCON payments allowed?
Yes, for rentals in limited regions. Property purchases are not processed.

What is the cooling-off period?
A period of up to 14 days from deposit payment, during which you can cancel and receive a deposit refund.

Can I use it freely?
No. It is not intended for casual or undecided bookings.

What happens after it ends?
The deposit is non-refundable. You may need to pay full rent or find a replacement tenant. Non-payment may lead to legal/contractual action or credit impact.

Can I cancel due to visa or school rejection?
Yes, but only with valid supporting proof.

Who is responsible for understanding the contract?
The student is fully responsible before booking.

When do I accept the terms?
Once the booking is completed.

Can terms be changed by the website?
No. Terms are set by the accommodation provider and local law.
