How are financial transactions handled, and who holds liability?

Payments are processed securely via credit/debit cards or bank accounts through an independent payment provider. This processor is not a party to the lease and carries no liability regarding tenancy obligations or disputes.

What happens financially when a lease application is submitted?

Submitting a binding application grants pre-authorisation to hold the first month's rent and security deposit, allowing the accommodations to be reserved while the lease is finalised.

What occurs if the lease agreement falls through?

If the lease agreement is not concluded, a full refund of the initial pre-authorised payment will be issued.

When must the initial move-in fees be settled?

The first month's rent and security deposit must be paid in full using an approved payment method before the rental unit is handed over or, at the latest, at the start of the lease term.

What is the schedule for ongoing monthly rent payments?

Subsequent monthly fees must be paid in advance on the first working day of each calendar month.

Are there any extra fees associated with sending rent payments?

Tenants must utilise agreed-upon payment methods and ensure that all transactions are processed without creating additional transfer or handling costs for the recipient.

No. Mid-stay cancellations are not permitted, mirroring standard residential lease regulations.
