The refund you may be entitled to receive depends on the type of cancellation policy and on the day you cancel your booking:Flexible<ul data-aura-rendered-by="12:210;a"><li>If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel less than 15 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund</li></ul>Moderate<ul data-aura-rendered-by="12:210;a"><li>If you cancel up to 60 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel up to 30 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund</li></ul>Strict<ul data-aura-rendered-by="12:210;a"><li>If you cancel up to 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 100% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before the start of your contract, you'll receive a 50% refund of the first rent</li><li>If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of your contract, you won't be able to receive a refund</li></ul>Non-RefundableThis type of policy doesn't allow any refunds, regardless of when you decide to cancel a confirmed booking.
