The Reservoir is a student accommodation in Plymouth. Students can choose from a variety of studios and en-suite rooms on the property. Every studio has a double bed with storage under and above the bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a study space with a desk, a chair and over-desk shelving.

The kitchen and lounge area can be either shared or private and come with the essentials of a hob, an oven, a fridge, and either a breakfast bar with stools or a dining table with chairs.
