Hatbox is a&nbsp;<a href="https://www.casita.com/student-accommodation/uk/luton" style="text-align: initial;">student housing in Luton</a>&nbsp;that offers en-suites and studios. Both have 3/4 beds, ensuite bathrooms, and wardrobes. The en-suites allow you to have access to a shared kitchen. On the other hand, studios come with a fitted kitchen. You’ll also enjoy access to an on-site gym and a cinema room. There are also a games room and onsite laundry facilities. In your accommodation, you can find a cooker, a freezer, a fridge, a microwave, a desk, and a chair.Hatbox has central heating, a cinema room, and a common room. You can also find a study area, high-speed WiFi, CCTV, and 24h security in the building. A gym is also available for all students. The building also has on-site maintenance, a fob entry system, and bike storage. Vending machines and washing machines are both available on-site. There is a communal TV in the communal area where all students can gather and socialise. In addition, the building has lockable bedrooms&nbsp;Right on the bank of River Lea, lies Bedfordshire. One of the largest and most popular towns in Bedfordshire is Luton. It’s one of the oldest towns with a history dating back to the 6th century. The town was formerly famous for hatmaking, thus the name of our building is Hatbox. If you are a foreign student in Luton, you will get to enjoy Luton International Carnival, the largest one-day carnival in Europe. The carnival is held on the day before the last Monday in May.The building is perfectly located near the university, many restaurants, coffee shops, and many fun places to go. You can grab your favourite fast food from the nearby Pizza Hut Delivery or McDonald's. You can go shopping at the Mall Luton which is a few minutes away from the building. Some of the parks you can find near the building are Wardown Park and Stockwood Par. Also, you can go to the Wardown House Museum which is just around the corner.

Payment Terms

Where can I find the full termination policy? It is available in the booking section and on the documents page. You must read and understand it before confirming your booking.Can I cancel within the initial period? Yes. You may cancel within 7 days of accepting the offer or paying the deposit (whichever occurs first), provided you have not moved into the property. If eligible, your security deposit will be refunded in full.How long does it take to receive the deposit refund? Refunds are normally processed within 28 working days of cancellation. If the deposit has already been secured with a third-party protection scheme, the refund may take up to 60 days due to the scheme’s processing time. In this case, the refund will be issued directly by the scheme and may require a repayment reference provided by them. The landlord cannot influence or speed up this process. Deposits are legally required to be protected in a third-party scheme.What happens if I cancel after the 7-day initial period? You remain liable for rent on a weekly basis, including any part-week, until the room is re-let.When will I be released from the agreement after late cancellation? I had a super pleasant and nice time at the Hatbox! The staff give everything to make the stay and everything around it as pleasant as possible. The location of the accommodation is also great and everything useful is within walking distance. The apartments are also completely adequate for a student accommodation.

I had a great stay here. I would recommend to all the university students. It has 24 hrs security.

I’ve stayed here for 2 years and have enjoyed it. The rooms are nice and aesthetically pleasing. The staff are amazing and friendly, always ready to help; especially the building manager who always offers support in any was possible. Decent facilities. Overall great value for money. Highly recommended! Lots of freebies aswell :D
