Location

- Deposit is 1000€ that will be refunded within 30 days of the check out of the client as long as everything is correct.- Monthly payments&nbsp;and the first month's rent (together with the utilities) and the deposit are requested before the check-in.&nbsp;

Payment Terms

a) If the Stay is equal to or less than ninety (90) days, the Sublessee shall forfeit the Price paid as a consequence of the execution of the Agreement.b) If the Stay is longer than ninety (90) days, the following shall apply. :i) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee shall be granted a refund of the Price paid as a consequence of the subscription of the Agreement with the exception of the management fee, which shall be retained by&nbsp;the provider.ii) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee shall be granted a refund of the Price paid as a consequence of the execution of the Agreement, except for the management fee and one (1) month's rent, which shall be retained by&nbsp;the provider.
