Payment Terms
- Deposit is 1000€ that will be refunded within 30 days of the check out of the client as long as everything is correct.
- Monthly payments and the first month's rent (together with the utilities) and the deposit are requested before the check-in.
Cancellation Policy
a) If the Stay is equal to or less than ninety (90) days, the Sublessee shall forfeit the Price paid as a consequence of the execution of the Agreement.
b) If the Stay is longer than ninety (90) days, the following shall apply. :
i) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty-one (31) days or more prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee shall be granted a refund of the Price paid as a consequence of the subscription of the Agreement with the exception of the management fee, which shall be retained by the provider.
ii) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee shall be granted a refund of the Price paid as a consequence of the execution of the Agreement, except for the management fee and one (1) month's rent, which shall be retained by the provider.
