Opposite the apartment is a big grocery, a bakery, drugstore, and restaurants. In 10 minutes walking distance there is a large gorgeous park with two lakes and a beach. Spoken in English, French, Italian, and Russian. The bedroom features two additional single beds. There is an additional cost of 50 per person per month, if booked for more than two persons.
