Construction work on a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) property in Bristol's Redcliff Quarter has begun, led by Winvic Construction Ltd., a main contractor specialising in the design and delivery of construction and engineering projects across various sectors.

It is set to provide high-quality housing for hundreds of students in the city. The new development offers 367 beds across a mix of studio, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments, all of which are fully furnished and equipped with modern amenities, spread over 12 storeys.

Communal facilities, such as a lounge, a games room, a cinema room, a study space, a garden terrace, and a gym, will be located on the ground floor.

The student housing is being developed by a leading property developer with a proven track record of creating high-quality student housing in the UK. 

The new accommodation is ideally located for students, with easy access to the University of Bristol and other higher education institutions in the city. The Redcliff Quarter is also home to a range of shops, restaurants, and amenities, providing a vibrant and exciting community for students to live in.
