LV Collective, an Austin-based multifamily and student housing developer, revealed today that it has completed construction on a project directly across The Ohio State University campus. The structure is expected to be completed by the fall of 2025.

The project, which will be located at 222 W. Lane Ave., will have 885 beds spread across 379 units, including two-level townhomes with private entrances. An indoor-outdoor cafe on the ground floor, an elevated private study room, an indoor-outdoor fitness centre, a third-story pool deck with a jumbotron and views of the university's Ohio Stadium. Additionally, a yoga and meditation space are among the shared amenities.

The project's design firm is OZ, while the interior design will be handled by Variant Collaborative. Landscape architect, Realm Collaborative of Columbus, general contractor Elford Inc., and civil engineer E.P. Ferris are among the local partners.

LV Collective's project is conveniently located about three minutes from the university's major quads and half a mile from Ohio Stadium. The pedestrian-focused student housing project will also redesign the Lane Avenue area, bringing the university, restaurants, clubs, and entertainment hubs closer together.

This is LV Collective's first project in Ohio, and it joins the company's growing portfolio of multifamily and student housing projects across the country. LV Collective recently announced a seven-story development at 558 West Broad in Athens, GA, as well as a 10-story, 502-bed development in Gainesville, FL. The Ruckus, The Ruckus 2.0, Moontower, and Waterloo are just a few of LV Collective's outstanding multifamily, student-oriented developments in Austin, Texas.
