Casita has partnered with Unity Living to expand its student accommodation options across Finland and Sweden, giving students access to furnished studios in five locations across four cities. The partnership brings new housing options to students planning to study in Stockholm, Malmö, Helsinki or Tampere, with properties in areas that offer access to city facilities and transport connections.
In Finland, students can explore accommodation in Jätkäsaari in Helsinki and Pyynikki in Tampere. In Sweden, the partnership covers two locations in Stockholm: Hammarby Sjöstad and Kista, as well as Nobelvägen in Malmö. This gives students a choice of neighbourhoods across both countries, whether they are looking to live in a capital city or another major university destination.
Through this partnership, Casita offers furnished private studios with beds, private bathrooms and storage, while kitchenettes are available in selected locations. Students can also benefit from shared facilities that support both their academic and social lives. Depending on the property, these include study rooms, workspaces, quiet lounges, gyms, laundry facilities and high-speed Wi-Fi. Some locations also provide saunas and organised community activities, giving residents opportunities to meet other students and connect with their surroundings.
Students can also benefit from on-site support and convenient transport connections, helping them settle into a new city and manage their day-to-day routines. Available facilities and features vary by location, so students can compare individual properties to find an option that suits their preferences.
Through this partnership, Casita expands its student accommodation portfolio in Finland and Sweden, allowing students to explore housing options across five neighbourhoods through one platform.
