Casita has recently signed a referral agreement with The Scion Group, one of the largest and best student accommodation developers and operators in the USA. The USA has always been on the radar for Casita, given the market size and being one of Casita’s top marketing destinations; however, as a company, we held off on entering the market until late 2019 in order to further enhance and expand our education recruiter relationships, as well as hone in on specific flows of students per country.

The Scion Group PBSA portfolio consists of 58K beds located within 86 student communities scattered across 28 states. Close to many of the best American universities and pathway providers, Scion’s portfolio of rooms gives Casita students access to high-quality, off-campus purpose-built student accommodation that focus on re-defining student living. The Scion Group’s history of more than 20 years in the PBSA field has allowed the company to focus on offering stunning high standard services that care about student welfare. The company has served more than 222 colleges, and universities in 38 US states, 6 Canadian provinces, plus Mexico and the UK. It offers a wide range of apartment sizes; many include en-suite bathrooms and studio options where students can stay safe and practice social distancing.
