The institution offers some of the greatest facilities in the country, and students love coming here to learn because of the inspiring professors, outstanding courses, and industry-standard workshops, studios, and salons. Thousands of full-time students, adult learners, and apprentices are presently enrolled at the college.

Departments and Divisions

Cambridge Regional College provides a range of English courses, both short and long, for students, professionals, and instructors. Courses range from beginner to advanced level and are offered all year round, with students able to enrol at any time. Academic English, Science, Technology, Business, and Law are among the specialised language programmes available at the College. Exam preparation classes for IELTS, KET, PET, FCE, CAE, and CPE are also available. Students who want to enhance their English can enrol in the English Plus classes (eg English and Art, English and Management, English and Law, etc). 

All English classes foster the autonomous study, analytical and critical thinking, academic communication, English confidence, and methods for admission into further education or work. CELTA (Certificate in English Language Teaching to Adults) programmes are available all year for people interested in becoming competent in English as a foreign language teacher. The courses might be taken either full-time or part-time. They are divided into Academic courses, Vocational Courses, NVQ (National Vocational Qualifications), and New Vocational Diplomas.

Facilities and Resources

There are a variety of facilities and resources in Cambridge Regional College including drop-in computer services with a diverse range of computing resources at its Science Park and City Centre campuses, all of which run the most recent software packages. There’s also a Chaplaincy of Various Faiths that meets at regular intervals during the academic year to explore how the College can improve students' experiences of College life by recognising, promoting, and commemorating significant events from a wide range of faith traditions. 

There are Centers for Learning and Development that include a wide range of course materials and information, as well as a variety of study amenities and places. Refectory facilities at the Science Park and City Centre campuses include a full self-service café at lunchtime, as well as beverages and snacks throughout the day. CRC also provides a reprographic service on the Science Park campus that offers students low-cost black-and-white and colour copying, binding, and a variety of additional services.

A lot of prominent institutions surround Cambridge Regional College. In only a 17-minute drive, you will reach the University of Cambridge, in an 18-minute drive you’ll find yourself at Queens' College, and Gonville & Caius College.
