How is rent scheduled, and when is it due?

Rent payments are due monthly or according to the schedule specified in the rental agreement. The rental amount and due dates are specified in the lease agreement.

How must rent be paid?

Rent must be paid in full by the due date via the payment method agreed upon by both parties.


What happens if rent is paid late?

Late payments may result in penalties or eviction, as outlined in the rental agreement.

Is a security deposit required?

The Company may request a security deposit, which will be held for the duration of the tenancy.

When is the security deposit returned?

The security deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, subject to property condition and fulfilment of lease terms.

In which currency should payments be made?

All payments must be made in the local currency or any other currency accepted by the Company.

Cancellation Policy

  1. How can the rental agreement be terminated?
    Either the tenant or the Company can terminate the agreement by giving the notice period
    stated in the lease, usually 30 days unless otherwise specified.

  2. When can the Company terminate the agreement early?
    The Company may terminate the agreement if the tenant breaches the terms, including non-payment of rent, property damage, or violation of local laws.

  3. What must the tenant do when the agreement ends?
    The tenant must vacate the property, return all keys and equipment, and leave the property in good condition.

  4. Can the Company cancel a booking?
    Yes. The Company may cancel any booking at its discretion.

  5. On what basis can a booking be cancelled?
    If, during the verification process, there are discrepancies or inconsistencies in the booking details or supporting documents.
