Colorado Technical University (CTU) is a for-profit private university based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Perdoceo Education Corporation owns the university. CTU offers undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degrees in business, management, and technology. Approximately 92% of Colorado Tech students attend classes entirely online. According to Colorado Tech, the university has awarded over 118,000 degrees worldwide. However, Colorado Tech has no visible or official ties to the state of Colorado.

Colorado Technical College was founded in 1965 to train former military personnel in technical and vocational subjects. Colorado Technical University was established in 1995 after the institution was granted university status. CTU began using Intellipath, a proprietary adaptive learning programme, to provide personalised learning in 2012. Military Times magazine ranked CTU first in the online and non-traditional universities category in 2013 and 2014. It reclaimed this position in 2016. CTU's Sioux Falls, South Dakota, campus closed in September 2016.

Colorado Technical University was ranked 476th out of 500 Master's programmes by Washington Monthly in 2019. CTU is also ranked 152nd in the Best Online Programs category by U.S. News & World Report. CTU is currently ranked 85th for online bachelor's programmes for veterans by US News.
